We aim to respond to all correspondence within 24 hours, subject to enquiry volume. Our authorised reseller network is also available to support you depending on where you purchased your bulb(s) from.

If for any reason you need to contact us with regard to a particular order, please e-mail or call our Customer Service team and quote your name and order I.D. If you do not know your order ID, we will always be able to find you by your delivery or billing address.
